Hello and Happy Holidays!
As we progress through this holiday season and come close to the end of the year, we continue to be on the move!
We are getting ready to publish our fourth quarter edition of our impact report, Onward! This will complete our first year of this community information publication. I do hope you have found it informative as well as enjoyable.
And I am proud and delighted to report that the Grants Committee recently approved over $4 million worth of new grants for the first round of the 2021 grants cycle. This will support more than a dozen new partners as well as Children’s Hospital of Michigan and many existing partners. This is coming after a record-setting year in 2020 for our grant making, awarding nearly $7 million! We hope to achieve the same type of success in the year ahead.
We continue to allocate funds from our COVID-19 Emergency Relief Fund and we will keep you posted on those developments as well.
