The Children’s Foundation awards 87 new grants totaling more than $4M
DETROIT – December 3, 20120– The Children’s Foundation announced that the organization is awarding 87 new grants totaling more than $4 million in the first round of two 2021 grant cycles. The grants fund projects in community benefit, research and educational pillars and include awards to 16 new grantees. To date, the Foundation has granted over $65 million to more than 116 community partners across the state.

Welcome to September and the end of summer. We recently held the Fourth Annual Derby for Kids on Saturday, September 5 at the fabulous Country Club of Detroit. As we all know, this normally takes place in early May but with the COVID-19 environment, the Kentucky Derby was postponed until September.
